Changed your mind? You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us at info@example.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under our returns policy.

For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can only be returned if they are defective or covered by our 30-day guarantee.
