Every order ships in a plain brown box with no logo, no product name and nothing on the label that says what is inside. Your bank statement shows a neutral company name.
Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Remote regions can take a few days longer.
